Luxe Solutions Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides financial education, consumer report review, and document-preparation assistance. By accessing our website, purchasing any service, or communicating with us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

Our services follow all requirements of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all applicable federal and state laws. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or guarantee any specific outcome regarding your consumer reports.


2. No Guarantees or Promises

Under CROA, we cannot and do not guarantee:

An increase in any score

Removal of accurate, verifiable information

Approval for loans, housing, credit cards, or financing

Any specific change within a specific timeframe

All results vary based on your personal history, the actions of creditors, and the responses of consumer reporting agencies.


3. Description of Services

We offer:

Consumer report analysis

Financial education

Assistance preparing documentation for dispute purposes

Guidance on understanding consumer protection laws

Support in communicating with reporting agencies and creditors

You are responsible for maintaining your accounts, making payments, and following any recommended action steps.


4. Your Rights Under CROA

As required by law:

You may cancel your service at any time within THREE (3) business days of signing your agreement.

You do not have to purchase any services to review or dispute items in your consumer reports.

You may dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost by contacting reporting agencies directly.

You are entitled to a written contract detailing all services before any payment is made.


5. Payment & Billing

By enrolling, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided for:

Enrollment fee (if applicable)

Monthly service fee

Any optional add-on services

Monthly fees are billed in arrears for the previous month’s services. You may cancel at any time by submitting a written request.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services at any time by emailing:

There are no refunds for services already performed.


7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

Maintain active monitoring of your consumer reports

Follow recommended action steps

Update us if your personal information changes

Avoid submitting fraudulent or misleading disputes

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of services.

We are not attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, or tax professionals.
All information is for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal or financial advice.

You may opt out at any time.

Actions taken by reporting agencies or creditors

Delays in agency responses

Failure to follow recommended steps

Denials for loans, housing, employment, or credit products

Loss of income or financial decisions made by the client

All services are provided “as-is” without warranties.

We maintain reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.
Your data is stored securely and used only for service-related purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of your state of residence.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of any updates.
